Upland cress is similar to watercress but easier to grow. It is known as garden cress, it can also be used as a micro green but for maximum use out of each plant, It is best to let leaves get 2 to 4" long and harvest. This ride I will add flavor to salads and other leafy dishes with its zesty and peppery flavor. It is considered a biennial because it is relatively frost tolerant, It can grow in the summer as well but prefers cool Spring and fall whether.
