Butternut Winter Squash (25 Seeds, Annual)
This butternut squash variety doesn't have a particular name. The seeds were given to us by our Amish friends and we have grown them for over 10 years. These abundant producers come in different shapes and sizes and are full of sweet, nutty flavor. They are my Mom's favorite winter squash to use in the kitchen. Skins are thin and can be easily peeled with a potato peeler, this makes them very easy to process, they can also be stored for several months in a cool, dry place. Fruits are 6-10 inches long and range from 2-5 pounds. 85-100 days to mature, Full Sun.
